INES Mapper 224

iNES Mapper 224 is used for a number of Waixing and Nanjing games with 1024 KiB of PRG-ROM and no CHR-ROM. It seems to be identical to INES Mapper 004 (specifically, TNROM) except that the MMC3's PRG registers are seven (or even eight) bits wide and not just six bits. Accordingly, the CPU banks at $C000-$DFFF and $E000-$FFFF are fixed to $FE and $FF, not $3E and $3F.
